RYAN, LLC launched to provide human resource consulting services to family enterprises and wealth management firms.  Lisa has 20 years’ experience assisting sophisticated clients and senior executives attain goals and enhance organizations through executive recruiting/talent acquisition, talent management, career transition coaching, executive coaching, leadership development and human resource advisory services.  

She is recognized nationally as an expert in providing human capital solutions to family enterprises/wealth management firms and for her ability to understand their business strategies and their unique cultures. She genuinely cares about people and building long-term relationships with individuals and organizations.  Lisa’s track record of success, along with her commitment to integrity, honesty and confidentiality, has resulted in satisfied clients, long-term relationships and client referrals.  Her high emotional intelligence, along with her pragmatism from 30 years of business experience, help her to engage with clients in an impactful way.

With 20 years of executive retained search experience, Lisa has served as a Managing Director at two boutique retained-search firms, as well as Family Office Exchange (FOX), where she managed their recruiting and human resource consulting area.  She is seasoned at placing executives in leadership roles in family enterprises and wealth advisory firms, nationwide.

Marian joined Lisa D. Ryan LLC in December 2019 after over thirty years in the financial services industry, with demonstrated success developing and managing relationships with corporate executives, high net worth individuals/families and sophisticated investment professionals, including mutual and hedge fund managers, both in the United States and the United Kingdom. She has excelled at establishing strong partnerships, cultivating long-term relationships and creating robust marketing initiatives. Due to Marian’s high emotional intelligence, strong client service orientation and empathic listening skills, she has been a trusted advisor and partner to her many clients, addressing their individual and unique needs.

She possesses a deep knowledge of financial markets across broad market sectors and is skilled in Securities, Asset Management, Securities Regulation, Trading and FINRA.

Marian started her career with The Robinson-Humphrey Company in Atlanta. She then segued into the capital markets arena as an Institutional Equity Salesperson with Alex. Brown & Sons International in London initially, then with Wheat, First, Butcher & Singer and its successor companies First Union Capital Markets and Wachovia Securities, where she built and substantially grew the firm’s international presence and worked with management teams of publicly traded companies to share their growth strategy with buyside firms. More recently, Marian worked as a Senior Vice President with Davenport & Company LLC, spending ten years in Institutional Equity Sales and the last six as a Wealth Advisor to high net worth individuals and families.
